Fast and the Furious: KL Speeding

The forth installment of the highly acclaimed car racing movie now takes place in the city of Kuala Lumpur (KL), the city that never sleeps. Ah Beng (Chow Yun-Fat) stars as a street car racer for the local triads who is framed for running an illegal betting ring for the World Cup. Unable to prove his innocence at that time, he forms an alliance with an unlikely ally, Mat Peet (Mawi) who is KL’s number 1 motocycle, illegal racer.

This movie will have amazing special effects and also out of this world, car choreography. One of the most controversial scenes is the racing scene between a Ferrari Spider losing to a modified Perodua Kancil with double turbo intercooler that can go from 0-100 in less then 2 seconds. Velentino Rossi will also have a cameo in this movie when he loses the race with Mat Peet when they were racing at Kerinchi Expressway. Rossi will be using his Moto GP motorcycle and Mat Peet will be using his Honda Cup, C70 totally modified while applying the illegal racing method of “Superman”. What an amazing race. A must watch for all.

This is Mawi’s first international movie hit and Astro will tons of money from this movie.
